i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, welcome in the hot weather (i always appreciate good air con). i especially liked the views of the marina from both my bedroom and the restaurant. car parking was convenient and available.
the bed was two single beds pushed together, i would have preferred a double bed.

the location was fine for seeing the marina i guess.
the room felt really old and tired. the carpets had stains, and the lampshade in my room had a big crack. breakfast felt chaotic one morning, and many tables needed cleaning.

My room was ready when I arrived, a quick process. The hotel has a convenient car park, very close to the town center. Breakfast offered a good selection of items to choose from... I also enjoyed a walk around the marina after breakfast.
I found that the hotel appears a little tired. My room could use some updating with minor repairs.

Staff members were helpful and cute. Evie assisted with setting up the PA system for our family party and ensured everything worked well. The staff really loved Ollie, a dog in our group.
